The short version
Be a real creator doing real work. Don't post content that's illegal, sexual, hateful, or harmful, and don't use AZMTH to deceive or harm other people. If you wouldn't want it on the front page of your career, it probably doesn't belong here.
What's welcome
Your music, art, photos, videos, release plans, tour info, merch, fan-facing pages, and the day-to-day content of running a creative business. Edgy, bold, and expressive work is part of being an artist — this isn't about sanding off your personality.
What's not allowed
The following will be removed, and may lead to suspension:
- Anything involving minors and sexual content. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes or exploits a minor is an absolute, zero-tolerance prohibition. We detect it, remove it, preserve it, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, or nudity. AZMTH is not a platform for adult content. Suggestive or artistic work is judged case by case; explicit sexual content and pornography are not allowed.
- Hate and harassment. Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes violence or discrimination against people based on a protected characteristic, or that targets, bullies, or harasses someone.
- Violence and harm. Gratuitous or graphic violence, threats, or content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or dangerous acts.
- Illegal content or activity. Anything unlawful, or using the Service to facilitate fraud, scams, money laundering, or the sale of prohibited goods.
- Stealing or impersonation. Infringing someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness, or pretending to be a person or organization you're not.
- Spam and abuse. Bulk unsolicited messaging, deceptive links, malware, or attempts to probe or disrupt the platform.
How moderation works
Images uploaded to AZMTH are automatically scanned at upload. Content flagged as explicit is held for human review, and confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC. A general explicit-content flag does not by itself mean a report — most flags are reviewed and many are cleared as false positives. See our Privacy Policy (Sections 5A and 5C) for how this data is handled.
If you break the rules
Depending on what happened, we may remove the content, give you a chance to fix it, suspend features, or — for serious or repeated violations — suspend or terminate the account. Illegal content and anything involving the sexual exploitation of minors results in immediate action without notice. The full legal terms are in our Terms of Service (Sections 6.5, 6.6, and 13).
Reporting and questions
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, or you think we got a removal wrong, email support@azmth.app. We read every report. For urgent safety issues involving a minor, contact your local authorities and the NCMEC CyberTipline directly.
